Getting Started Again One Habit At A Time

I’ve been reorganizing the studio and setting myself up so all my projects are ready to go at all times. Now I’m starting up production again one habit at a time. Last night I started painting again.

Sometimes I get out of the habit of doing things and it can be as simple as having the equipment set up and ready to go to get started again. It’s always easy to give up if there isn’t much time and all you get done is clearing a table to work. Now I have a small painting studio, live drums, drum machine, keyboards, guitars and amps all set up and ready to record in one room.

Now that things are set up it should be a lot easier to build the daily habits of creating. I’m looking forward to making more and bigger paintings, recording new music, and performing live online from the studio. Now time to grab the skateboard and hit the streets!
